Backend Developer (Django/Laravel)

About the Role

We’re hiring Backend Developers with expertise in Django or Laravel to build scalable, high-performance applications. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–4 years of experience who enjoy writing clean code, designing robust APIs, and solving real-world problems through efficient backend logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Django or Laravel

• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and data models

• Optimize application performance and database queries

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
  

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in backend development using Django (Python) or Laravel (PHP)

• Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and REST APIs

• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

• Ability to write clean, secure, and maintainable code

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to work with modern AI tools for automation or enhancement of workflows

• Bonus: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
