Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Lead

Position: Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Lead

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Software QA in IT Industry, including at least 6 months – 1 year of leading a QA team

Salary Range: BDT 50,000 – 70,000 (Based on experience and expertise)
Office days: Monday -Friday
Time: 7am-4:30pm
Working model: Hybrid
Location: Dhaka 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Who prefers more Automated Testing than Manual Testing.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Oversee both manual and automated testing processes for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating closely with developers.
• Implement and improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English and confident to communicate with foreign clients. Knowing Japanese is a big plus.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• At least 1 year of proven experience leading a QA team. Please don’t apply otherwise.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and bug tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
