Position: Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst
Experience Requirement: Minimum 4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: BDT 40,000 – 60,000
Job Location: Dhaka (Hybrid) – [Individual should live in Dhaka]
Job Responsibilities
- Project Owner
- Proactive communication and
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare User Story BRD, SRS, user stories, workflows, use cases, and other project documentation.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and changes.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, UI/UX, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Responsible for final UAT.
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement activities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
- Ensure proper documentation management and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software company.
- Strong knowledge of User Story, User Case, BRD, SRS, FRD, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication capability.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with SaaS, web, mobile, cloud, or enterprise software projects will be an advantage.
- Business Analysis or Agile-related certifications will be considered a plus.
