Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js (Vue.js or Angular experience is a plus). 
• Develop reusable UI components and implement design systems across frameworks. 
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces. 
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, Vuex. 
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints. 

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices. 
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
• Implement unit testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks. 
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance. 
• Follow Git workflows and maintain proper version control practices. 

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers. 
• Participate in agile processes including sprint planning and daily standups. 
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions. 
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team. 

 

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 2.5+ years of professional frontend development experience. 
• Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, context, SSR, modern patterns). 
• Experience with Vue.js or Angular is a plus. 
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. 
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Vuex, NgRx). 
• Experience with UI component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, Vuetify, Angular Material). 
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Sass, Less, or CSS-in-JS. 
• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn). 
• Proficient with Git version control. 
• Understanding of responsive design そして mobile-first approach. 
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript. 
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. 
• Basic understanding of backend technologies and API development.

 

Mandatory Requirement

What We Offer

• Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 BDT (based on skills & experience).
