Shadhin Lab On-Job Training Program 2025 (Japan-focused Internship)

Shadhin Lab is launching the Graduate Training Program 2025 — a Japan career-focused initiative designed to equip fresh graduates and last-semester-university-students with hands-on skills in modern software development.

 

Program Overview

 

Duration: 1 October – 31 December 2025

Mode: Full-time training program

Platform: Zoom 

 

Key Focus:

 

• Group 1 – Backend Development with Java & Spring Boot
• Group 2 – Frontend Development with modern frameworks

 

Eligibility

 

• Final-year university students
• Fresh graduates eager to pursue careers in backend or frontend development

*** Prior good knowledge on Java frameworks, Frontend Techs, Good grades, Fluency in English/Japanese will get preference.
