Business Analyst

Location: Dhaka / Tokyo (occasional)
Experience Required: minimum 3 years
Type: Full-time
Salary Range: 50,000 tk – 80,000 tk

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and propose tech-driven solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and development teams.
• Create user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Support testing and validation processes to ensure business goals are met.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis as needed.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and user journey documents.
• Experience of project management tools such as:
  • Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana / Notion
• Understanding of Agile methodology and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English communication is a must.
• The ability to speak Japanese is a plus.
