Project Manager

Location: Dhaka / Tokyo (occasional)
Experience Required: 5 years (Minimum 2 years in a Project Manager role)
Type: Full-time
Salary Range: 70,000 tk – 100,000 tk

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional software-project teams through full project life cycles.
• Plan, execute, and manage multiple software projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Conduct risk management and proactively solve project bottlenecks.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive team performance while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proven experience managing software projects (minimum 2 years in PM role).
• Strong command of project management tools such as:
  • Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana / Notion / Microsoft Project
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and PMP standards.
• Proactive to excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project timelines, milestone tracking.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
• Fluent in English communication is a must.
• The ability to speak Japanese is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
