We’re Hiring: Senior Flutter Developer @ Shadhin Lab

At Shadhin Lab, we build smart, scalable solutions with a passionate hybrid team. Now we’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who can turn ideas into polished mobile experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile apps with Flutter & Dart. 
• Work with Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. 
• Implement state management (Provider/Bloc/Cubit) and write clean, scalable code. 
• Collaborate on UI/UX with designers using Figma to bring designs to life seamlessly. 
• Deploy and manage apps on Google Play & App Store. 
• Collaborate with backend/frontend teams using GitHub, Jira, Slack, and agile workflows. 
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to integrate AI-driven features where needed. 
• Take ownership of your work—design, build, and explain solutions confidently. 

What We Expect

• 2.5+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience. 
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Firebase, API integration, state management, app deployment. 
• Proven ability to collaborate with Figma designs and deliver pixel-perfect UI. 
• Ability to explain your own code and decisions clearly. 
• Experience in building apps from scratch and maintaining them. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD, unit testing, and performance optimization is a big plus. 
• Strong knowledge of Google Play & App Store publishing standards, guidelines, and policies, with ability to stay updated. 

Mandatory Requirement

You must provide:
 

1️⃣ Active links of apps/projects you’ve worked on (Play Store/App Store/GitHub).
 

2️⃣ Ability to walk us through the code you personally built.

What We Offer

• Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 BDT (based on skills & experience).
